But nothing worked until I realized my skin barrier was basically a broken vase. So I switched to Illiyoon ceramide concentrate cream, a gentle cleanser, and stopped touching my face. It was like a reset button. My skin stopped screaming, got less red, and felt like it actually wanted to live.
Then I slowly introduced Differin. Started with a pea-sized amount, layered over ceramide, and ramped up to three times a week by week 4. It was a purge party, but my skin started smoothing out. By week 6, the CCs looked healthier, and my lower face wasn’t a disaster zone anymore. Still got texture and a few whiteheads, but it’s a huge improvement.
