Instead, I’m leaning into chemical exfoliants that are milder, like low-concentration PHA or lactic acid. They’re less irritating but still work magic on unclogging pores. Also, I’m adding a hyaluronic acid serum to my routine to boost hydration and repair my barrier. My dermatologist said it’s a game-changer for sensitive skin.

For my eye bags, I’m trying a combination of under-eye cream with caffeine and retinol (in super low concentrations) to reduce puffiness and boost collagen. I’m also using a cold compress before bed—like a chilled spoon on my eyes—to instantly shrink the bags. It’s not a miracle cure, but it’s a start.
